Prototyping is required for getting confidence about a design before costly tooling is made. The objective can be form (aesthetics), fitment, functioning.
We help you go very close to the actual product through prototyping processes, at much lessercost and time than convetional methods.
Rapid prototyping technology automates the fabrication of a complex part by producing it as a series of layers stacked on top of each other. The method converts digital 3D CAD model into physical model. This allows the designer to be adequately confident of his design even before manufacturing costly tools and also regular production.
We use layered manufacturing techniques for master creation and silicon rubber molds for small batch production to give physical sample(s) in days / weeks
